At Airborne Adventure, your safety is our top priority. We believe it is important that all of our guests follow our safety policies and procedures so that everyone can have fun and feel safe on our attractions. We recommend that you only attempt tricks, somersaults and other stunts that are within your ability. Watch our safety video:

starting rules

• Follow the rules posted at each attraction.
• Make sure a team member is present before participating in an activity.
• We've aged and grown apart in freestyle jumping and dodgeball. This is represented by a letter on your Adventure Pass - A: Ages 1-4, B: Ages 5-10, C: Ages 11-15, D: Ages 16+
• All tricks, flips and stunts are performed at your own risk.
• Wear trampoline socks in good condition and remove your shoes.
• Make sure you are safe to start. Check your surroundings before jumping or performing any activity. If someone blocks your path, stop and wait for them to move before resuming your activities.
• Participants must be at least 5 years old and tall enough to access the zip line, trapeze, or X-Swing.
• Wipeout participants must be at least 36 inches tall to enter.
• The weight limit for each attraction is 300 pounds.
• Only one person per element in Ninja Training Zone and Ninja Warrior Course.

Special lighting is used during GLOW, including but not limited to strobe lights, flashing lights and other special effects, so additional precautions are required at all times:

• Be very careful when walking on floors, steps, ramps, platforms and cushions.
• Be very careful in all activities. The conditions reduce your ability to judge your position when attacking and landing.
• Individuals prone to seizures may experience side effects and should not attend Glow.

cleaning procedures

The Airborne Adventure team is committed to keeping our park clean and safe for all visitors.

• Each night we thoroughly sweep or vacuum and disinfect all surfaces with hospital grade disinfectant, including all rides, tables, counters, bleachers, lockers, dispensing stations, play stations, floors and restrooms.
• We disinfect high-traffic touchpoints throughout the day and use park-wide fog technology that provides full coverage of an FDA-compliant disinfectant that kills a variety of harmful microbes. Several hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the park.
• Every employee has received hygiene and safety training to keep you comfortable.
• We ask visitors to enter the park only asymptomatically, to wash their hands and/or to use the hand hygiene stations.
